Whether you’re stopping by for a cup of coffee, a fresh fish, or a herring, our door is always open to you. Our fish comes straight from the fish auction in Lauwersoog. Here, fresh fish is delivered in the evening and at night by fishermen from Lauwersoog and the surrounding area. The very next morning, that same fish is in our cold storage. This is how we strive every day to ensure that you, as a guest at Schierzicht, get the best quality on your plate.
